Scamming company—avoid ripoff suisan city

I ordered a trial subscription of a language training course which never arrived, but my credit card was promptly charged. I called the customer service phone number but guess what? It didn't 'work'—it seems to be a bogus number. I emailed their customer service dept. But heard nothing back. (I imagine the person reading my angry email just shrugging and then deleting my email). How do I report a fraudelant charge on my credit card to a company that ignores me? I called my bank (charged this purchase on my ATM card) and hope that they can remedy this mess and get me my money back. I will report this to the better business bureau. Beware. Do not buy from this disreputable company.
