Onlingo say's you can return any of their products in 30-days if not satisfied or cancel your subscription through their website or by calling their customer service. These are all tactics to keep you on the hook because they will never answer the phone or return any e-mails. I have tried to contact them 4 times by e-mail, had my credit card company dispute the charges, and tried to use their website to cancel my subscription to their unsatisfactory language CD's... NOT worth $76 USD a month. This company is NOT trustworthy and they do not care about their customer base... Do not buy from them! Do some research on the internet and you will find that ONLINGO has a bad reputation... I wish I had. My only recourse is to cancel my credit card and let Onlingo call me... Still Waiting...!
