Adultmegaplex, Aka Pay-comms.com, Aka Merchsolutions.com Ripoff, Scam, Unauthorized charge

I was charged $1.99 on 1/30/05 by a Pay-COMMS.com, then 2 more times for $39.95 on 2/1/05. I talked to my credit card company and they told me I had to contact the person who charged my card, so after some workaround of people telling me so and so is responsible I finally arrived at an email address at merchsolutions.com. I emailed them and they promptly replied that they will cancel whatever subscription it was and will refund the money. I figured everything was ok and checked my statement again.

They refunded 1 charge for $39.95 and left the $1.99 and $39.95 charge on there. I figured ok, I'm gonna take what I can get here and just leave it be, I mean he said he would cancel it and it wouldn't happen again right? Wrong, on my current statement there is a charge for $49.95 from Pay-comms.com! I emailed them again at the adultmegaplex email address I recieved the response from and now I haven't heard anything back in a week.

I called the number on the statement" (206) 202-0445" not caring about where it was because I was going to make the call short and I got a machine telling me to go to the website to handle my dispute, when I did I got redirected to some poorly designed customer support site which looks like it was thrown together in 5 minutes. My credit card company (Citibank) also told me they really can't do anything. So i'm going to call them again tommarow and find out what the next step is. I encourage all who have been scammed by this company to file a report. Maybe we can get something done.
