Charged 129.95 to my credit card without authorization

I saw an ad online for purchasing a kit for $1.00 that would guide me through making money on the internet from home. I did this on 12/27/09. I received a membership
confirmation e-mail stating that my order totaled $1.00 for a 3-day trial membership. There was also a customer service phone number at the bottom of the e-mail. This phone number was 888-123-4567, which I found out is a bogus phone number.

On 1/4/10, my credit card was charged $129.95. On 1/13/10, I called the phone number that accompanied the charge and spoke to a customer service rep. The man I spoke with was rude to me and refused to give me a credit until I threatened to file a dispute with my bank over the charge. He then agreed to give me the money back and gave me a cancellation confirmation number: 99006C4C25. They told me that it could take up to 30 days to get my money back. The company sent me a cancellation e-mail confirmation, which stated nothing about getting a credit.

I was also informed by the customer service rep that a second company (Home Source Academy) would charge me $30 if I didn't cancel my membership with them. I called the customer service number for this second company and canceled before they could charge my credit card.

On 2/10/10 at 2:50pm I checked my credit card account and still had not been credited the $129.95. I called the companies phone number (877-391-8857) that I had called before and there was a message telling me to call back during normal business hours (M-F 7am to 5 pm). I called their other phone number (888-753-4203) and got the same message. I am reporting this to my bank as fraud and will work with them to get this issue resolved.
