I have written proofs of this I can forward to you.
Week before last I received three boxes from VitaCost.
January 9 brought the large box I expected and had my
litte trolly to carry it from the front office back to my apartment at
EvergreenHB.com. However, there was an extra package which
was not due until Wednesday and I carried it back with me too.
I expected another package on Wednesday so did not bring my trolley with me on Tuesday when it actually arrived. It was broken
and opened on one end. All three packages had arrived by Tuesday.

I emailed Vitacost about the broken box with three items missing
and Krista said to tell her when the third box came on Wednesday
to see if those missing articles were in it. I told her and told her they were the rest of the first box only and please send the missing items, which she said she would do, twice. I never heard from her again. She can send the items or a refund, her choice.
