Charged $183 for 5 minutes of labor!

My refrigerator stopped working so I called Whirlpool Customer service. They gave me an appointment with above company. The service tech came and asked me what was wrong. I told him it just stopped working, and was making a clicking noise. He said it was either the starter relay or the compressor. He checked the relay and found that it was burned out. He went out to his truck, plugged a new one on, and it worked perfectly. He then attached the back plate and he was done.
He said he felt bad charging me so much, but it was company policy.

I then contacted the company to complain about the labor charge and the lady there said" it is what it is". They go by a code # and they won't change anything.
She then told me I wasn't being charged $183 for labor. $60 was for the service call. There is nothing on my bill that says $60 service call.

I told her I don't mind paying for the service call, But can you lower the labor fee. She told me again It IS What IT Is. After that. I said maybe I should report you to the BBB! I asked her, What do you charge for labor $800 an hour! That's more than a doctor!
