3. They will keep telling you your order will ship in a couple days.

8. You will wait 20 minutes to speak to an unapologetic, unhelpful customer service representative for the second time.
9. It's been 31 days and they have your money but you do not have shoes.
10. You will be so frustrated that you will want to get on a flight to New Hampshire to take a good look at the people that have your money but will not ship your order.
In short, there are thousands of on, ine merchants that have managed to ship orders to their customers in a timely manner.
This company doesn't do that.
