Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I ordered grass on a Saturday via internet in April. I changed my mind the following day but discovered that the following day (while they were officially closed) they had already charged my credit card. I tried to call the customer service number but they are only available M-F 9-5. (seems strange they ran the card on Sunday but they won't take phone calls. I tried the number without any luck) So I called early Monday morning.

By phone and email, James Walker agreed to refund the 10% cancellation fee (I was not made aware of this charge until I called to cancel). Consequently, not only was I not refunded but I was charged the cancellation fee TWO ADDITIONAL TIMES.

I have spent two months trying to reconcile this mess. Not only have they failed to keep their promise to rufund the fee (I have the agreement in writing) but they have not refunded the two fraudulent charges.

Let's make things worse!

I recently received an email (from the administrator. To chicken to use the sender's name) stating " CANCELLATION CHARGE SENT TO COLLECTIONS AND CC COMPANY".
