Returns? What is Defective? Ripoff Dallas Texas

Baught a pair of sandals from thier Firewheel store, wore them 1 day and got a alergy rash on my feet. Went to thier Prestonwood store, was told they didn't have them in thier stock and I didn't bring the box. All I had was the sandals and my reciept.

Next took them to thier Firewheel and was told they no longer take worn shoes. NONE of which is mentioned on thier reciept.

Emailed thier website and ask what is "defective", they didn't answer that question, but I was told to take them to the manager of Firewheel, for they are trained to know what is "defective" and what isn't. Seems alot to return a pair of sandals I can NOT wear again and I feel are "defective" at least to me and my feet.
