This is a horrible online store. They care nothing about there customers. They only care about making money. I ordered two pairs of a shoe I have worn for years in a size 7.5 W. The shoes they sent me may have been marked Wide, but they were not. I wore them one day for about two hours. After I crawled home because these shoe hurt so badly, I called customer service. First, they would only send me one return shipping label, even though the shoes came shipped separately. I had to find a box to fit both shoeboxes. Then, after about a week I am only refunded for the pair I had never worn. Some miscellaneous person in the recieving department looked and the defective shoes and decided they didn't look defective to them. Whatever, this company is all about keeping your money. They don't care that they are shipping out defective merchandise. STAY AWAY!!! Do not use this site!!! Use Zappos, they are always helpful with returns and they are faster at getting your merchandise to you.
