I want to express my huge concern about this company and let other customers know what a poor company they may be dealing with on thier purchase. I have purchased twice from this company and both times received poor service. The first was a pair of spinning shoes that I went in to be fitted for by thier staff. I was sized for the shoes and they installed the cleats. After using for one month I realized that the shoes were not correct nor were the cleat placed correctly. I called the store to be told that was none of thier concern. But If I wanted thier help they would be happy to help at the rate of $75.00 per hour. I couldn't believe they would chage me to correct thier mistake. So I took the shoes else where to find out the shoes were not sized correctly and I had to purchase new all over again. I call the store to see if they would honor the return and was told real quick NO! I decided to give this store another try this past week on a $2500.00 bike. I meet the most rudest sales person, after deciding on a bike I discuss the price. He told me if I didnt like the price the door was up front. And I could leave any time. I will now no longer buy Trek bikes because of this rude dealer. Go else where
