Problem: refused refund

Story: Bought & returned product (a non-professional photocopied type booklet) namely, Growing Taller Secrets (mail-ordered on 27/06/00 & returned on 17/07/00) to owner: Robert Grand OR Grow Taller Research Institute at Atlantic Business Communications Inc. Located at 246 W38 St., New York., N.Y. 10018 (tel: 212-560-5392 or fax: 212-997-9779).
However, a month passed by and no refund recieved when their website (www.grow-taller.com e-mail: info@growtaller.com) stated that:

give such amazing warranty. You have absolutely nothing to lose.
Learn the program, follow it, increase your height, change your life
as a taller person, improve your health for many years to come, and
if you are not completely satisfied just send the book back to us at
any time during 1 year. We will refund your money the day we
receive the book.
I contacted (e-mail) them three times (17/08/00,20/08/00 & 25/08/00) and no answer, they even disconnect their e-mail line on their webpage.

Reason of refund (I must have my refund & nothing else!):
Do not require it & refunded money needed for something else extremely in need.

I still have the mail-order reciept, and the postage reciept when paying to returning the product.
