Great Atlantic Warranty
Purchased warranty package and decided to return it Can't get the company to give my my $1900.00 back

I purchased a warranty package by phone. I made the mistake of assuming that the call was from my car dealer. After receiving the package, I took the package, with the radiator additive, to my mechanic. He informed me that he had never heard of this additive and advised me not to put this in my car.

I then returned the additive to an address in Isla Morada, Florida as instructed my "Morty" at Great Atlantic Warranty. Also, I sent a letter of cancellation to Great Atlantic Warranty. Both sent on same day registered mail, both were received and signed for on the same day, April 21. It's been a month now and I have not received my money back. I have called the company 9 times as of today, (May 20) and I just get the run around. They have an answering service that just takes messages and no one from the actual company ever calls me back.

Do not buy this warranty package as this is just a scam. I sure would like to know how they got my name and phone number since they were not the dealership where I bought my new car. Great Atlantic Warranty has $1900.00 of my money and I want it back!
