Robert Hodnovich is the "owner" of Green Concepts. An internet site that sells "eco-friendly" products.

I purchased a product from this internet site. Paid for it using "PayPal" & expected the product I bought to be sent to me in a timely manner.

Approx. 1 month later I realized that I had not received a product or any time of communication from this business regarding why I had not received a product. At that time I checked my "PayPal" account to see if payment had gone through & IT HAD. I then went to the web site & found the e-mail address to contact them.

I e-mailed Robert, & was told that I would receive a response to my e-mail within 24 hours. I did not. Approx. 72 hours later I received an e-mail from him explaining that they no longer carried the product that I ordered, & that they could send me the replacement product if I wanted. I promptly sent an e-mail back saying that "yes" I would like the new product. I also asked in my e-mail if he was planning on contacting me with this information or if he was just going to take my money & not send me anything in return. I thought this to be a legitimate question.

Since that time, approx. 2 months ago. I have sent multiple e-mails, & numerous phone calls, with absolutely NO RESPONSE. This company basically stole money from me & then refused to refund my money or send me the product I ordered in the first place.

Do not use this company! They do not deserve your business! They should be put out of business for theft! I cannot stress enough how horrible this man & his business ethics are!
