Very rude rip-offs that abuse & mistreat consumers

Bad jeweler who will not back his work...

Went to Dhal, heard he was a good jeweler, boy was I wrong! The man was rude from the get go! I guess being a woman he could treat me like shit. I bought a 3/4ct. Diamond and two tanzanite stones from him and paid him to custom make my wedding rings. I examend the stones very carefully before he set them and they had no flaws. He got very upset that I wanted to look at them from the back, and said that that is not the way you look at them, and treated me like I was stupid. Over the past year, I had to take the ring back three times, for other flaws in the molding of the gold, There were bubbles all through the prongs! One of them Isn't even touching the Diamond.

The tanzanite wedding band has been sitting in a box for the past year, waiting for the big day, well I took it to have it cleand and inspected (by another Jeweler) before the honeymoon, and now the tanzanite has a stress crack from him setting them wrong too! Needless to say, He again trated me like shit, told me he had no entenion of fixing it for me, That I as too picky, an to go somewhere else.
DUANE DAHL IS A SHITTY JEWELER! DO NOT GO TO HIM!
