R.O. M Report Office Matters
Ficitious sweepstakes winning notification

I received confirmation papers from this company stating that I had won $2 million dollars in a sweepstakes and that I needed to send in $20 for the completion of my report so that "monies" will be sent to me. I couldn't find any phone numbers or anything on the notice I received. And it looks like someone made a bunch of copies and inserted my info in it later. The "known identity certificate" looked very blurry.

I didn't send any money in to the company cause I thought it was just a little weird, so I googled R.O. M report office matters and found that I wasn't the only person who has received notices of this. I just thought I would put it out there so that no one does get tricked to send in money.
