Now on record as%" %yes, i% am properly identified here as known individual for the national sweepstakes $2,000, 000.00 in monies prizes total. With these papers of report, i will be provided the completed report of entry directives for the monies prizes which i am eligible to be paid. I have enclosed the procedures completion report fee of $20.00 by my check cash money order payable to r.O.M. Main office.
