Sent me a defective product, refused to take responsibility

My sister recently purchased a pair of Ugg boots from this site. Before she placed her order, she explicitly asked them what size to get. They deceptively told her to get the wrong size, even after she gave them the exact measurements of her feet.

Finally, when the boots arrived at my house several days later, they came in damaged condition. There was a very noticeable stain on them.

When I reported these problems to the company, they refused to take any responsibility for their mistakes. They told my sister that she could either try to sell the boots to one of her friends or pay for the shipping back to the store.

I recently sent an e-mail to the company notifying them that I would leave a complaint against them if they refused to take responsibility for their mistakes and pay for the return shipping. However, they refused to listen to my request. The most that they were willing to offer me was a 10% discount on a new pair of boots in the next higher size.

Obviously, I have no intention of ordering another pair of boots from them. This company obviously lacks any integrity and refuses to take responsibility for anything.

My advice: Do not buy anything from this company.
