On April 21 I placed an order online for a pair of boots. I finally received them on May 2. I opened the package and to my disappointment they were size 10 and I ordered a size 8. I thought oh well I will just contact customer service have them take these boots back and then I will get the ones I paid for. This is what I was told:

I need to package the boots up at my expense and have them shipped back also at my expense. They will then send me the boots I originally ordered or refund my money. The part that I really thought was unprofessional was that I will not be reimbursed for the shipping fees. Like I said to the lady on the phone I can totally understand this IF I just didn't like the boots and wanted a refund but the fact that I have to pay even more because their staff sent the wrong order is unbelievable to me. I am extremely unimpressed with the services the company provides and while its only a little pair of boots to them Iit really left me sour.
