ILD TeleServices ripoff I was charged $20 for a local phonecall!

I was at the Providence, RI Airport and used a pay phone to call my ride. I have a Sigo Money Card which is a calling and credit card. When the operator asked what kind of card I was using, I entered calling card. The call was local and lasted all of two minutes.
Today, June 2nd, I checked my balance online and found I had a $20 charge from ILD TeleServices so I called Sigo customer service. After yelling with them that it was a calling card and I had an available balance, they said they could not do anything and I had to contact ILD directly but there was no contact information given. I checked online and found usacomplaints.com and several stories regarding this company. I am shocked and appalled, I cannot afford to loose $20 for a phone call, are these people crazy!

This is horrible, can you please advise on how I can collect my money because this was a calling card purchase and not a credit purchase.
