Payphone Ripoff Oaklawn Park

I used my debit card at a payphone at Rhode Island College for less than two minutes to call my apartment which is a mile and a half from campus. I checked my bank account later and saw I had been charged five dollars. The next day an additional $12.50 charge appeared, both listing ILD Teleservices as the culprit. I've been in touch with the college to see if they were aware of ILD's shadiness and everyone seemed as shocked as I was at the outrageous rates. Hopefully they will be removing all the ILD phones from campus.
