Injured my dog while grooming and refused to pay vet bill Ripoff

On 9/5/07, my dog was groomed by k-9 spa, and she recieved an injury to her left leg. I took her to the vet, where she recieved stiches.

The groomer, (k-9 spa) refused to pat the vet bill. They told me they would pay and yet I never recieved payment.
They also had the nerve to call me a few days after the incident and tell me they would no longer be grooming my dog, (no kidding) After months of not recieving payment, I had to take them to small claims court.
