We took our 3 dogs to Petsmart in Vero Beach every 6 months to have them groomed. New people were grooming dogs this month. A groomer refused to take a few moments to comb out a COUPLE of knots in our cocker's ears. They were absolutely not badly knotted! She said she'd only shave off all of his hair. My husband complained to the manager saying that we spent $100 a month on grooming alone and had been coming there a year and wanted a cocker cut. Our dog WAS NOT badly knotted. He said HE DIDN'T CARE ABOUT THE MONEY we spent! He took the groomer's side without even inspecting our cocker! We found a new place that would welcome our dogs and appreciate our business. We also now buy dog food and other products elsewhere.
