Bad grooming

This is the worst grooming salon in the area, by far. The owner is the sole groomer, and she does a terrible job. She is rude to you and does not care about your pet. You will be charged a lot of money for a very shoddy grooming job. Don't even think about making a complaint to her face, because this wretched groomer thinks she can do no wrong.

It turns out she has a HORRID reputation in the community. I am not surprised at all.
