Promises help in getting rid of debt/instead runs off with your money

I put my trust in CreditSolutions and they took my money. I was told they would work with my creditors to get my accounts up to 40-60% reduced. I was ready to make a settlement and they did not give the credit card company my information and did not call them back so they took back the offer. They are a scam and people should not use them. I have learned my lesson.
