Target Gift Card
Is this a scam?

I also registered for 6 promotional offers to get a $500 Target gift-card from Customer Gain. I finished certain requirements on March 18. Nowadays is May 9 and that I still have not obtained confirmation in the vendors. Underneath the contract bundle, it says that it takes only 2-3 months to obtain notice after which they'll inform you of the position. Nowadays may be the 53 evening, and that I still have not received notice that I've satisfied my contract.

I've invested a large amount of cash and certainly will invest much more cash to recognize my agreement contracts using the various vendors. I actually donot believe that is reasonable. So what can I actually do? Is that this a fraud? In that case, I ought to have the ability to get free from my agreements using the vendors. Please recommend.
