Do not be fooled by the report on NBC, unfair employee practices

This company is a joke but this is not a laughing matter. The entire company is built on deceptive practices. The sales department down to the retention department is deceptive. Their first and only concern is taking your money.

I am an ex-employee and I have extensive knowledge of how each department is trained to take your money. I have seen accounts that have been enrolled in the "debt settlement" program for 2 years and the enrolled creditors have not been contacted.

The consumers are then sued by the creditors. I have spoken to clients that have liens on their homes and are having their paychecks garnished due to Credit Solutions dropping the ball.

The unfair practices do not stop at the consumers. It also effects the employees. I have personally worked for a manager that was quoted saying "I will not hire anymore black females." There were qualified applicants that were denied jobs simply because of their ethnicity and gender.

Credit Solutions claims to settle millions in debt each month but how many millions of dollars do the consumers have to pay each month to try and get themselves out of a hole that Credit Solutions has dug for them? The numbers are staggering.
