Theft failed to respond to claim, exorbitant last-minute charges ripoff

This moving company showed up very late and had not notified me they would be late. They charged exorbitant prices for a few rolls of tape and a cardboard box or two ($76).

I subsequently discovered that a case of wine was missing. I contacted the company and received a claim form, which I returned. I never heard from them. I contacted them several times, but no response.

The employees were dishonest and the company was unresponsive. Don't use them.
