Dishonest doesn't honor insurance claims

I contacted World Moving and Storage about a week after the delivery of my things. When I took my hard drive out of the box I noticed pieces of the computer were loose and there was a huge dent on the hard drive. The computer was in no such condition before World Moving and Storage had control of it. I called "EMIL" who has been the person I was in contact during the entire moving process. I explained to him the damage that had been done to my computer. I also had the computer damaged assesed to see if it was worth fixing. The company that evaluated my computer gave me an assement of $535.00 in repairs. Emil the owner of the company sent me a claim form to complete which was completed and sent with pictures of the damage and a copy of the assessment done by the computer store. I sent out the claim form on April 3 Proof of Mail at the Post Office which I do have a copy of the reciept. I decided to follow up on the status of my claim on May 17 since no one bothered to contact me and was informed by "EMIL" that he never recieved it. I have a proof of mail to prove it was mailed to him. Since then nothing has been done about my claim and when I called back again on May 26 to speak with someone above him I was hung up on. I tried calling Emil after being hung up on and he has not returned my phone calls. I also reported them to the Better Business Bureau and he did not respond to any of their request to solve the issue.
