Pooldeals.com Takes money and doesn't deliver, nor replies to emails or takes calls

I ordered a pool liner from this company and my mistake because they took my money and I have no liner. I have tried to call and email this company and for 3 weeks now I have not heard from them! By the way, you cannot find a phone number on their site to contact them. I found it by looking them up at the BBB!

I then called the number and no matter what you push for an extension you get the same message that wait times are expected to be longer than 10 minutes and so it tells you to log on to their site and then it disconnects you! Both my husband and I have left repeated emails and phone messages and still have not heard from anyone. I should have looked at the BBB before this and found several compaints but unlike this site it doesn't give you the reason.

The one thing this company would have benefited would to be in contact with me. Then I would have felt better knowing that if there was a delay and then I wouldn't be so frantic. I will never order off the internet again! Beware and do your homework first before you buy!
