Dishonest, Unreliable, Never give money for liner first!

Never deal with this company!!!
You will never regret using a reputable pool company.
Our experience...

We contacted them in April of this we had Al come up and give us a price. Very personable and agreed to all our request.

We had asked him to have the work done by june first.
He told us he could and would, with guarentees.
After the first visit and quote obtained we kept in contact by email and phone calls.

In one of those emails he requested money for the pool liner. So we sent him the amount requested.
Then he got real phone shy, and our due date of the 1st was fast approaching. We had left messages for him but no response, when I finally got ahold of him on the 1st of june our actual due date. Which happened to be a friday.
He told me that he was so sorry but that he was in the middle of another project, but promised he would be at our home on monday.

Monday came and went no call no contact of any kind.
So we tried to give him some time during that next week to hopefully finish his other project.
But the following week he called and told us that the liner he ordered had come in but that the trucking company had broken it w / a fork lift. So there would be more delay.

After waiting w / no contact from him again, we called the liner company to find out if there had ever been a liner ordered by Al, AAA pools or in our name. We found that there was no liner ordered.

We sent him an email right away wondering what was going on and that we were going to look for a reputable company. We finally got a response from him. Which stated he did not want to work for people like us and that he was sending our money back. That was in late june. We to this date have never recieved our money and it is August. We had to file a claim in small claims court and will be seeing him then.

Please dont use this company... Please dont give him any money for materials.
