Takes forever to get product, at least I hope I'm getting the product

I ordered a clock on 4/10; My card was charged on 5/2; and when I checked online the clock was supposedly shipped on 5/1. It's now the 11th and I haven't received the clock. Several days ago I informed them that if they couldn't have the clock here by Mother's Day I wanted to cancel. Shortly thereafter my card was charged and still no clock. Unless they're using a turtle for deliveries, I should have that clock by now. I will never order anything from them again and I would stronly caution others against it.
