Same as everyone else. Ordered clock; credit card charged immediately. Have not heard from them again. Did get through one time to a James Paten; he said that I would receive a refund in the mail as the clock as out of stock. Have called many times with the same message from them; "We will not be taking any calls today". My emails of course go unanswered also. My bank told me that on the 8th of June, they will dispute the charges. This company's fraudelent business practices needs to be splashed all over the internet so no more people get taken advantage of. I did find my clock from Princeton Watches in Ohio and they shipped it the same day and only charged $3.00 for 2 day air. At least I got my beautiful clock.
