This company purports to deliver gifts on particular dates.

Asked that a graduation gift be sent by this company and delivered on a set date.

Six days after my order from this company was confirmed, one day before the item was to be delivered, a phone message from the company reported the item was out of stock. The item was not marked out of stock on the website nor did the confirmation mention this possibility. Attempts to reach the company by phone found an answering machine. Sending an email complaint to the company did result in a return call.

At my request that the company send an equivalent or better gift to meet the date confirmed, I was told only gifts double in cost were available and I would have to pay the difference. My request that the company make up the difference was denied.

At this point, I am trapped. It is too late to use a different company to deliver a gift on time without excessive mailing/shipping costs. This seems a classic bait and switch tactic.

After a phone conversations with a manager, I accepted a refund but my attempt to send a gift on time was unsuccessful.

I believe this company falsely advertises their services and accepts contracts for deliveries they can't meet. Be warned.
