Sneaky Unauthorized Billing Practices ripoff

This company needs to be investigated! They charged my Credit Card $15.00 for an e-service fax that I did not subscribe to or authorize. My story is identical to all others that have reported this company and their questionable billing practice.

Upon trying to reach this company to resolve the issue I was disconnected twice. When I finally got a real person (of course they had American names but were in India and had heavy accents).

I explained the error and asked them to credit my account. They asked me for my Credit Card number and a fax number. I explained that I don't have a fax number as I never signed up for their service. If they had the necessary means to bill my Credit Card account without my authorization, then they by all means can issue a credit. I gave them my name, phone number and email address. They said they could not find an account!

They then asked me to send my Credit Card statement to them to resolve the problem. I told them that that was personal and confidential information and that I would not jepardize my security any further.

I asked how they obtained my Credit Card number and they would / could not tell me.

This company is breaking the law and those of us that have attempted to resolve this issue and get our money back have (I'am sure) wasted much time, money, frustration and aggrevation!
