Takes Money and Fails to Deliver the product

Do not place any orders with this online company. They take your money and will not deliver the product. They are out of stock on many of their products, so its very unlikely that you will receive your order. I placed an order for a toy on March 30th, and it has now been almost 3 weeks, and I have not received my order nor heard anything from this company. They took my money and failed to deliver.

I placed several calls to their customer service lines and was not impressed with the response of the staff. They appear to hire young teenage boys to handle calls and the boys do not seem very well informed on the company and how to handle complaint calls. I was told on 2 different occasions that my call would be directed to the manager, as soon as that manager arrived and I would be notified. Well, twice they lied to me. I never received a call from anyone, nor were my e-mails responded to by anyone. So, I have lost all faith in this company and will never buy from them again. All I wanted was a little toy for my daughter. They are a huge disappointment, and they are completely clueless as to running a good business.
