Uy.com: rip-off failure to deliver; failure to refund; reinstated cancelled order without permission.

Placed an order in June, cancelled the order. They reinstated the order in early September without consulting me; withdrew money from my credit card. Failed to deliver the item in September orto offer tracking number. Failed to refund. Calls placed to them twice in october were greeted with same response: has been referred to corporate, we can't do anything until we hear from them.

They also failed to fulfill a previous order, saying it was on backorder, although the product was actually discontinued. Had to discover that fact on my own after waiting for a response for two weeks.
