Roaming and Long Distance Charges Despite Being Offered Free

Verizon Wireless is a rip off company with untrained staff and incompetent managers.

I have 2 cell phones for my daughter and myself. We have been continuously ripped off with roaming and long distance charges even though they offered them for free.

Letters, calls and complaints have gone unanswered. Every time I call I get a different moron on the phone who tells me the opposite of the jerk before.

I am now waiting for the expiration of the contracts to send them you know where. Their service is the worst.

The most terrible part is that my employer does all their business with this sick, money monger company.
