Ripoff of $3,500 in retainer money

We hired KMS Investigations in November. After retaining him for $2,600 in less than one week on our visa, Kevin called me looking for an additional retainer. I asked for a detailed report of how the retainer was used and it was not provided.

Kevin Sianez took an additional retainer on my visa of $900.00 that was not authorized. It was credited by the Visa company; however, two months later Kevin took the $900 again on the Visa. I am still fighting with our Visa Company about this transaction.

Be aware of retaining this firm with your visa. He will continue to make unauthorized charges!

Kevin does not return phone calls once you begin to ask for your detailed report! We are located in New Hampshire and he subcontracts a number of PI's across the country. He still has not paid the subcontractor in our case.

I highly recommend not using this firm for anything. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau next to try to prevent anybody else from getting shafted from this company.
