Ripoff fraudulant billing deceptive sales

I received an invoice from a company that we knew nothing about. They stated that my receptionist authorized the purchase of a business to business directory.
We are a local Medical Practice and a receptionist does not have any purchasing authority. They advised that they have the conversation on tape.
They said that they have the conversation on tape but were not allowed to send it to me. I immediately asked them to discontinue billing, and that I would report them to the Fair Credit and Collection Act if they continued.
I faxed them an immediate cease and desist letter.
