Ripoff fraudulent billing and call

Similar to the other individuals, I received a call from JCom Skymedia claiming that they wanted to just verify our information and that a follow-up quality assurance person would contact me immediately after. I verified the contact information, and a few weeks later, I received a book with an invoice of $459.90. I called them to complain about this order since I did not place it, and they played a FALSE recording (it sounded like they edited, added, and looped some of my answers, making it seem like I was agreeing to this listing and cost). I made them play it again for me, and I told them that they were looping my answers! I requested a recording of the sales call, and they said they did not have it. Of course they don't because I know that I NEVER agreed to a company listing for $459.90 in a book I've NEVER heard of!

I am contacting the Better Business Bureau about this company because they are scamming many companies nationwide apparently. I would like to see this company out of business as well!
