Terrible customer service, ignored many complaints, discriminated against City Of Commerce

This company has wound up costing me about $50 on top of their services. The first time, the lady didn't charge enough and when she charged the second time to my card, it was for TWELVE cents. My card company had minimum transcations... And I was accessed a $39 fee for her stupidity. And I wasn't offered to pay the 12 cents in cash, because it would mess her till up. I think. Lady didn't speak English. When I asked to speak to a manager over this, and mentioned that English would be helpful, I was told to grow up, learn Spanish. So I contacted the company. And didn't hear a thing from them.

So I moved and went to another one. I live 30 miles away and the kid that gave me my groceries forgot several items. So now, it's costing me more money to go get the items (assuming I can, they tend to not give you your money or items when it's their fault) because of gas prices, and this time the company says I've got to be lying about the awful service they give.

This comapny doesn't like English speaking people. You go in with a complaint, and suddenly everyone doesn't speak a lick of english. There is no resolution, no service, and they don't care as long as they can rip you off of a few more dollars.
