Whenever I have used the customer service I have always gotten some foreigner I could not understand and seems not to have a clue as to what I am asking. I usually call back until I get someone speaking English and then try to get results. I will say that the last time I called I got someone who could not speak good English and I hung up and called back and got a nice young lady that spent almost an hour helping me
