Price groching

I went to the store which I have allways bought items for 99 cents, today they told me it was 99.99 cents, they said it has allways been 99.99 cents, I have receipt dated 9-11-08,9-23-08, & 9-22-08, where they charged me 99 cents, I asked they why it was 99.99 now and they manager told me it has allways been 99.99 cents, I told her that was not true, and i came home and found the receipts showingit was 99 cents. Why cheat people at these times out of a penny, I am unemployed and those penny's they have collected off me hurt. This is price grouching and something needs to be done please help us out here that are having a hard times and penny's count, please help me, Thanks Sheryl Matthews, if you can get me the money they have cheated me out of I appreciate it, if not maybe a attorney could, they also speak spanish and I ask they to speak english so I can understand that is my right as an american citizen that is discrimination.
