On January 27 I purchased what was suppose to be a healthy AKC/CKC registerable 8 week old chihuahua. What I got was a clinically ill 8 week old chihuahua, that required medical intervention at a cost of $166.94. After contacting the breeder and requestin g to be reembursed, I am now being refused the dogs registration documentation as well.
