I never recieved my GUARANTEED AKC PAPERS! Its in bold like that in my contract

I purchased a blue male chihuahua for $900 from Lisa Grey in 2004. He was much larger than she said he was and so I told her I did not want him. She told me I could keep him and she would send a smaller 3 month old fawn and white male chihuahua for only $200 because she messed up. I asked if he would have AKC papers because I was wanting to become a chihuahua breeder and that was important to me. She said yes. I picked the puppy up from the airport on July 8th. He was much smaller like she said he would be, and is healthy. I recieved the health contract for him and it states to take him to the vet and all that jazz upon getting him and so I did. But it also says AKC PAPERS GUARANTEED! I didnt recieve those upon picking him up from the airport. So I called her, and called her and called her. I never got a reply! I knew then that I was probably never going to get them, and that I had been taken. Then today October 24th I decided to bring the issue up again, I figured what the heck maybe I will get somewhere. I did get a hold of her, and she said she would call me back in 15mins. I waited and then decided I had other things to do and couldnt sit around waiting. She ended up calling about 45mins later. I tried calling her back within 10mins of her calling me back and I have not been able to get a hold of her since. I am really hoping I will be able to get those AKC papers, I certainly have waited long enough for them (over 3yrs). So I guess thats all I have to say, my dogs werent sick or ill or anything, I just didnt get papers like I was supposed to for one of them.
