I'll never be considered a client of Thompsonis again!

I attempted to-order two containers of pipes today so when it found take a look at, exactly what a customer support headache. The CSR attempted to market me from the Cigar membership to fast delivery. I informed her repeatedly that I simply wanted my pipes. She subsequently informed me that she'd be giving out a free of charge $25.00 Credit card in my experience. Subsequently, out of left field, she stated that easily did not wish to join, I really could stop and that I wouldn't be billed the $1.95 monthly. I asked her for what. She could not answer me. I expected her to move me to some boss.

After I talked towards the boss, she advised me that I'd stated "Yes" towards the e-supersaver membership. I'd no idea what she was referring to. She explained it had been for that regular savings membership. I told her, I never stated yes to something and that I would like to purchase pipes. She explained I'd not be billed plus they might get my pipes out.

I'll never be considered a client of Thompsonis again. And all it charge them was $1.95.
