I purchased a "Chihuahua" from CHIHUAHUAS4US.com. They have a wonderful convincing webpage that for all looks and purposes appears that they are reputable breeders. The first problem I ran into was that the CKC puppy registration application was not signed by the breeder Bette Block. When I sent an email I was told to send the registration form to the address on the form and they would sign it and send it back. The registration came back from the post office as return to sender, not deliverable as addressed, and unable to forward. Needless to say my subsequent emails were not responded to. The next occurrence was before purchasing the puppy I was assured that the puppy would be an applehead and weigh no more than 4lbs full grown. This dog now weighs approximately 13lbs and is not an applehead. I was told by the Vet that the dog appeared to be mixed with Jack Russell and a groomer told me the dog appears to mix with Corgi. I again tried to communicate with the breeder to at least get some of my money back and needless to say no response. I hope this report will prevent someone else from getting ripped off from this breeder as I was.
