Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I tried Trustfax's free "service" trial, a faxing "service." It turns out the free trial meant your faxes had a huge watermark covering them, which I for the life of me can't figure out what good that would do anyone.in fact, you're supposed to get five "free" faxes (with the watermark it turns out), I only used it literally 3 times and was told my "free trial" was up, so right away you can see what an underhanded bunch of scumbags these people are. I tried canceling asap. Of course, they make it so you can't get ahold of anyone. I left messages (they never answer the phone) and sent numerous emails.

Finally I was able to get ahold of someone on the phone and canceled. I asked them to email me confirmation stating the service was canceled. I had a bad feeling about this because everything seemed underhanded with these shysters. I received an email on 2/16/07 stating the "service" had been canceled. I made sure to save that email.

Today I get an email stating my first month's charge has been put on my credit card, just as I knew these shysters would do. Despite the fact I sent three faxes (with their watermark) and nothing else, I was charged. Now I have to go through the ridiculous process of trying to get ahold of someone at this company to get the charge removed. I contaced my credit card and they said since it's a pending charge, I can't have it removed for 8 days. Only they can remove it (and it's probably going to take a lot mroe than 8 days to get ahold of these scumbags).

Whatever you do, DO NOT ever try this "service, " you will spend the new few months trying to get out of it and trying to get your money back from a "service" you never used.
