Ripoff grooming disaster! Liars Uncaring Cruel

I had brought my one year old golden retriever into petco to recieve a bath and to trim his rear end. The lady told me 5 hours. So when i returned, my dog was completely shaven. He was uneven, missing chunks of hair, and obviously upset. After yelling at the lady, i went to the manager, which there i basically recieved the same treatment. So i called corporate. I am still awaiting a call. I know of lots of other people who have been treated this way.
