Golden retriever shaved completely after bath and trim visit

I brought my one-year-old golden retriever into Petco to receive a bath and to have his rear end trimmed. The lady told me it would take 5 hours. When I returned, my dog was completely shaven. He was uneven, missing chunks of hair, and obviously upset.

After yelling at the lady, I went to the manager, where I basically received the same treatment. So I called corporate. I am still awaiting a call. I know of lots of other people who have been treated this way.
